Stacia Blake is an Irish Artist, born 1952. She lives in Stradbally, Co Laois, Ireland.\u201cHer current work entitled \u201cPiece Work\u201d remember’s the victems of Hiroshima and Nagasaki.
\nShe has been working on this body of work since 2006. Stacia need’s to be in the right frame of mind to work, free from the chatter of the outside world, \u201c in a space where I am uninterupted ,where my mind is free,to enable my work to flow.\u201d \u201cI do not concsiously chose the subject of my work, in a strange way it seems to choose me.\u201d
